Our job is to secure tickets for you, and make them available to you. Our prices are based on the current market value for a given event, and reflect the cost of obtaining those tickets. We put substantial capital at risk every day to secure these seats. We offer our tickets at extremely competitive prices. Will I incur any other charges beyond the ticket prices displayed?


There are absolutely no hidden charges on our website. You will pay a modest shipping charge of $10-$35, depending on your delivery needs. Beware of a current trend in the industry of showing a cheaper price for your tickets, only to add that money back in at the end of the sale as a "service charge". Our prices are plainly displayed for you to make an intelligent and educated buying decision.
 


How do I know that your tickets are authentic?


We deal with only the most reputable sources. Any tickets not maintained in our own inventory are purchased through professional wholesalers. Our reputation is critical to our business, just as a wholesalers' reputation is critical to theirs. We take great care in assuring all of our tickets are 100% authentic. What is "TicketFast" or "E-Tickets"?


TicketFast is a brand name owned by TicketMaster and is synonymous with other brand names such as "SpeedyTix". These tickets are often referred to in listings on our website as "E-Tix" or "E-Tickets".

Most major online box offices, including TicketMaster, offer "E-Tickets" as a delivery option. When E-Tickets are ordered through the original box office, you are sent an Adobe file via e-mail, rather than receiving a traditional ticket in the mail. The file contains an actual ticket, including a unique barcode. Upon entering the venue, the barcode is scanned to authenticate the ticket. Some of the wholesalers with whom we work buy some of their tickets using this delivery option to expedite shipping availability.

For security reasons, we print the files and treat them as regular tickets. The buyer will still need to pay our modest shipping fee as we will handle them as traditional tickets. Click here to view a sample E-Ticket.

How will I receive my tickets?


Your tickets will be shipped to the billing address by FedEx. Most of our tickets ship within 1 business day. However, some events may not ship until closer to the event, based on the shipping practices of the original box office. You will receive an e-mail containing your shipping information. We ship only to the billing address on file with your credit card issuer, and we verify all addresses. A signature is required on all shipments.

 


Why do I see many of the same tickets offered available on several different websites?


Our website taps into a nationwide network of professional ticket sellers. Many brokers work within this network therefore may offer the same tickets at the same time. We strive to keep our prices among the lowest in the industry, and we personally monitor each order to ensure swift delivery. We recognize that you have multiple options when shopping for tickets to an event, and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

What is your Privacy Policy?


Our privacy policy is a simple one. When you choose to do business with us, we accept that as a privilege. We will never share your information with anyone outside of the necessary parties. Necessary parties may include wholesalers and affiliates, as well as obvious banking institutions for credit processing. We do not sell, rent, give or otherwise supply your information to outside parties for any reason, at any time. We do not send out SPAM. The only e-mails sent to you will be in the course of a sale.

Our order page is secured by Verisign. The receipt mailed to you will only contain the final 4 digits of your credit card number. All of our computers use firewall protection to prevent against unauthorized access.


What is your refund policy?

As is the industry standard, all sales are absolutely final, excepting some rare circumstances noted below. Please be absolutely certain that you can attend the event for which you are buying tickets, as we cannot exchange or refund your tickets. Once you buy them, you own them.

If your event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund for your tickets, less shipping. In such cases, you will be required to return the tickets to us within 10 business days, and we recommend using a delivery service offering proof of delivery. Lineup (performer) changes do not constitute a cancelled event. The entire event must be cancelled to qualify for a refund.

If your event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the makeup date, in all but very rare cases. No refunds will be issued for postponed events.


What if I lose my tickets?


We cannot issue new tickets under any circumstances. Please keep them in a secure location.

 


Is it legal to buy and sell tickets above face value?


We operate a legal and honest business from the state of New Hampshire. We abide by all local and national laws, pay all of our taxes, and we enjoy a good relationship with the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau and our community. Most jurisdictions consider the location of the seller to be the location of the sale, and therefore those laws apply.

That being said, we are a ticket brokerage, not a law firm. If you have further concerns about purchasing tickets from a broker, we recommend that you check the laws in your area.
